"Jane was pretty good when I first started the insurance. However, I discontinued it after one year because the price increased significantly. Over the past six months, our communication has really fallen off, they said they would call back but never did. Other agents at this office have also been unhelpful. They rush through calls without gathering all the necessary information, which has forced me to call back multiple times to provide missing details myself. For example, when I canceled my insurance, the agent didn’t even mention that the refund could only be issued as a check, and the check was sent to my old address still on file. Instead, they just told me “it’s all set" till I asked by myself. It wasn’t until I received an email from State Farm directly that I found out my insurance hadn’t actually been canceled, but was auto-renewed. If the agent’s role is to handle these matters, I don’t understand why they didn’t catch or prevent this."
